REIKI
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing technique for relieving stress and creating deep relaxation.
When our life force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick and feel stressed. When our life force energy is strong, we are more capable of feeling vibrant, happy and healthy.
Reiki is Simple, Natural and Safe.

Sessions are online or face to face. Each session is one hour. Fees are:
Face to face sessions are £45.
Online sessions are £50.
A taster session is £20.
Stress/Anxiety
Tapping has been shown (scientifically) to lower the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol. This in turn calms your central nervous system relieving you of anxiety and stress.
Affirmations
I will help you to construct the most impactful affirmations for you to use with your tapping. Affirmations are a powerful tool in helping reduce negative ‘limiting belief’ and the constant thoughts that plague many people.
Physical Health
Many physical ailments like, headaches, backaches and stomach issues are linked to stress. Tapping calms the limbic system and can free you of stress related symptoms.
Relaxation Techniques
In addition to releasing negative thoughts and stressful anxieties, we will do ‘positive tapping’ which enables you to become more centred, grounded and relaxed.
I am also a Reiki Level 3 (Master) so for clients who want it, II can combine reiki with tapping to provide even greater calm.
